Due to the spread of the second wave of Covid - 19, Ministry of Education urged for the postponement of all offline examinations scheduled within the month of May, 2021 in order give some to the student 7 their families which are suffering from the pandemic.
In a letter addressed to all or any the heads of centrally funded institutions, Secretary, education Shri Amit Khare has urged the Institutions to postpone all offline examinations scheduled within the month of May, 2021. The Online examinations, etc may however continue.
The letter also stated that the choice are going to be reviewed within the first week of June,2021.
The institutions are further advised to make sure that if anyone within the institution needs any assistance it should be provided immediate possible help in order that he/she comes out of the distress at the earliest. All Institutions need to encourage eligible persons to travel for vaccination and make sure that everyone follows COVID -19 appropriate behavior to stay safe. (Source)
