On 22nd June in evening the Co-funder of the Patanjali Acharya Balkrishna has tweeted about the the launch and said that medicine will be accompanied by a scientific document. And on 23rd june today around 12 pm Baba Ramadev's Patanjali Ayurved launched " CORONIL" & " SWASARI VATI " 1st ayurvedic medicine for coronavirus at a press conference in yogapeeth haridwar. The medicine Coronil & Swasari Vati have been developed after clinical trails & according to the company. The medicine comes as part of a kit which consists of tablets named Coronil and Swasari Vati, and an oil called Anu Oil. Patanjali Ayurved tweeted to say that they have used active compounds of Ahwagandha, Giloy and Tulsi in the new Covid-19 medicine.
" We gave medicine for prevention & it was evidence-based. Several corona patients tested negative they were administered our medicine we have collected clinical data of its effect on patients from different age groups we are gonimg to conduct controlled clinical trails " said Acharya Balkirshna, Patanjali. The results of trails found that 69% patients recovered in 3 days & 100% patients recovered in 7 days says baba ramdev & we will even conduct test on people on ventilator say baba ramdev in next 4-5 days evidence & data will be relased by us said Acharya Balkirshna, Patanjali. According to top sources in Patanjali, coronil has received a license as a medicine. "It contains salts and herbs suggested by AYUSH Ministry. Allopaths call these salts as anti-viral, whereas Ayurved knows them as immunity boosters," the sources said.
In Press conference Baba Ramdev said the corona-kits will be available in 7 days in nearby patanjali stores & besides this the we are also launching the App through which we will be giving the home delivery of the corona-kit at price Rs. 545 says Acharya Balkrishna. The Medicine's Reserch has also been published in ' America`s Biomedicine Pharmacotharepy International Journal '.
